Probably some of the shorts that I've watched many times, like Shake Hands With Danger or Drugs Are Like That.
As far as full movies, probably Phantom Menace, Twilight, Transformers... Something like that.

The first, Mike's solo Roadhouse.
Wait, Over the Top just beat it. It wasn't eliminated by Roadhouse in the first round because this was a double elimination tournament.

Plan 9, the MKB version is something I keep saying I never need to watch again, and then I do. I love it.
The Twilight series (!) is high on the list, as is the LOTR series. Add Ghosthouse and those are my favs to rewatch.
As a counterpoint to all the chatter about the limitations of Rifftrax there's this:
I'm NOT a fan of twilight and AM a fan of LOTR, which is a testament to how a good riff can put new life into a movie, be it good or bad.

Its a dead tie between Omega Cop and Pressure Point. Neither are my favorite, but I enjoy each viewing. I would kill an infant in cold blood with my bare hands(Just a figure of speech, relax) if there were more John Travis movies for them to riff.

Couldn't agree more. Good movies, bad movies or just plain schlock, a good riff can work with any kind of movie from what I've seen.

The first half is infinitely re-watchable, but the second half...less so. That said, I've seen it more than a few times.

Fever Lake
Pressure Point
Cyborg Cop II
R.O.T.O.R.
these leapt to mind; they're all genuinely amusing/watchable (for one reason or another) and the Rifftrax commentary is like the icing on the cake.
I also enjoy the older live ones. The live energy is just great, and with the shorts and guest riffers it's usually pretty fun.

Before Twilight it was easily 300. That's a movie that is perfect riffing material. Big budget, pretty good on its own, but kinda silly and lending itself to jokes often.
