The Apple. It's just so utterly weird and campy. It's terrible on so many levels - the performances, the music, the script, the truly hideous costumes.

But there's one thing The Apple isn't, and that's boring. It's so colorful and insane that Mike, Kevin, and Bill are given a smorgasbord of material to work with, and they're on fire for this riff.

Other favorite riffs:
Eragon
Dr. Who and the Daleks
Cool As Ice

Other than the franchise flicks, I might have to pick The Guy From Harlem. And special mention to Big Daddy, even though no one's ever seen him.

Yes!! I LOVE the songs!! The forced rhymes! The utter idiocy & glitzy sleaze of it all really encapsulates the late 1970s to me!! Now, if only The Visitor was a musical!! : )

At this point, given how many times I've watched it, I honestly think I live the live RT for Manos more than the original MST3K episode. Both are brilliant, but I just think the riffs are a lot funnier on the Rifftrax edition.

Although it's specifically the live version for me.

My personal favorite and most rewatched is Starship Troopers. I can drop that in the background and never get tired of it.
On the other hand, as a few people mentioned above, the Twilight riffs are top-notch. I feel like I get more laughs every time I watch them.

yeah this. it's kinda hard to judge because i watch the blockbusters so much more than the VODs. i think for me it might be Dark Knight; were u to say "i don't even think that one is all that funny" then i wouldnt necessarily disagree with u, but i enjoy the art of the comedy of them tackling an actual good movie, it's a challenge. i also watch the inception riff a lot, for the same reason (though that one actually has quite a few funny riffs IMO). also very high on my list is Xmen 3, the happening, star trek 2009, and the final harry potter film, just because of the sheer amount of funny.
my most watched VOD is definitely Fist Of Fury. perfect combination of consistent funny riffs and a movie that actually possesses entertainment value (outside of rifftrax i'm pretty sure it isn't even considered a bad movie; the very well-known "Ip Man" is basically a remake of FoF). there is one single line i'm not very fond of, it's a joke about masturbating to sailor moon and it's just very crass and beneath MKB; were it not for this line, this would be the only VOD i would ever use to turn ppl on to rifftrax, as opposed to the blockbusters. also close to my heart are the riffs of The Wizard and Super Mario Bros, but that is directly related to the fact that i used to watch those movies on TV when i was a kid

Not to be TOO much of a dick but... are you new? lol They have all KINDS of crass and stupid jokes. Very little is beneath them. Especially when you dip into the old stuff. They've even apologized for some old material. That joke is high brow compared to a fair portion of lameness they've said.
I'm honestly just ribbing you but, seriously, did it hit a nerve or something? =P
