The Jaws riff was my point of entry into RiffTrax, and I've probably watched it twenty times in the last ten years. Some others that I frequently rewatch are Laser Mission, the Bourne Identity, and the Guy from Harlem.

Since I assume by SINGLE you mean which ONE RIFFTRAX, not best 5 or top twenty, but SINGLE then I would have to say the old PLAN 9 with MKB, and NOT the terrible live one which is ruined by the awful unwatchable live songs and unfunny faux commercials
