Witcher 3 gog dlc problem

First of all, I know, it's retarded.

So I downloaded the blood and wine and the hearts of stone DLCs from pirate bay. But I didn't read that it was the gog version of the dlc so I can't install it. 
I own the base game on steam, but when I try to install it, the download client, obviously can't detect the gog version. 

Is there any way to install the DLC without the gog version?

I doubt you can use different versions.

You could download the Game of the Year version from TPB or other sources.
