New here's another question: if I built a computer myself and not buy from an OEM, can it still activate itself?
EDIT: That is, can I still use that custom directory if I didn't buy off a Dell, for example?

OK,
Suppose that I want the custom folder to not load OEM graphic wallpapers and OEM-specific files, how do I do it?
I'm starting to get tired of the fucking ugly Dell graphics.
