I downloaded http://www.blender.org and it is both 3d and 2d. The program for it being free is really a great program to have and use. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've gone to the website but, it seems that the site implies that its solely a 3D program. Could you give me some details about its 2 dimensional wing?
