What you need to know before learning Networking.

Hi guys,
I am new to computing and i recently signed up for a free course in computer networking. Is there any thing i should learn before the program starts, or any newbie can learn it without getting lost.

It depends on the course, and on your aptitude, neither of which we know.
If the course doesn't specify pre-requisites, and you're averagely intelligent, you will probably be fine.

Many opinions will differ but again. IMO, if you don't have a basic grasp of the Windows O/S. You'll struggle with any other options for networking.
