Warning Level

What is the "warning level" that features on members' profile pages intended to signify? I've never seen the number set to anything but zero.

Forum staff have the ability to issue warnings to members for doing things they shouldn't be doing. These warnings can come with a point value, and the total is displayed in the "Warning Level" field.
Each member can only see their own. Should the warning level get too high, any future incident is more likely to result in a ban rather than another warning. If it is always at 0 then that is a good thing.
