The tech gods may already be aware...
...but when attempting to access the upload page --> https://uploadbay.org/upload
...it redirects to the settings page instead --> https://thepiratebay.la/settings
This issue seems to have started a couple hours ago, and is preventing uploads.

It also redirects me to the settings page.
But use the .onion address, it still works for uploads.

I've always been very hesitant about using login information through a TOR browser though, as the exit node can still see the information - as I understand it.

I have the exit relay configured to a proxy that I trust, so that gives me a peace of mind. Hopefully this problem resides soon as I'm sure we're not the only ones affected.

.onion addresses are hidden services - there is no exit node.

Is anybody else currently having this problem? Keeps taking me to settings, but I can still upload via the .onion address.

No, it's working again for me via the regular domains. If it doesn't for you, try emptying your browser cache, and maybe flushing your DNS.
Edit: Actually, after just now attempting again, I'm getting the "server down" Cloudflare page. It was working about a hour ago though.
2nd Edit: Upload page is back up and working.

The problem is back with the Upload page redirecting to the Settings page... thereby preventing new uploads.
I imagine the techs are aware of this issue, but just in case...
Update: Back to normal now...upload page is accessible again.

Another day... and this problem is rearing its head again...
Upload page ---> redirecting to Settings page ---> preventing new uploads
