[Tutorial Request] How to do an iTunes rip/DRM Removal

So I'm guessing that when an uploader says "iTunes rip" it means a purchase that they made on iTunes and removed DRM from with third part software. I am confused what software to use and just how to do this Can someone walk me through the process from beginning to end

iTunes hasn't used DRM for their purchases in a while.

They do embed information about the purchasing account, which frequently wasn't removed in what I've downloaded.

So if I bought a season of a TV show right now it would be DRM free? I could play it on anything or put on my Plex Server?

My bad.  Looking a little closer, it looks like their video content still has DRM. It's just the purchased music that is DRM free.

Do you know a good free way to strip DRM from my purchases and add them to plex?

as for third party software, i can vouch for tuneskit. luckily some one has already uploaded a cracked version on TPB.

You can use Requiem 4.1 for drm removal, but it only works on iTunes 10.7 and maybe some older versions.
I've tried the windows version in the past, they also have it for OSX or the source code which can be dl'ed from here

Also note although it removes drm it will still keep information in the media info that can be used to identify the account. That information can be removed by remuxing the file using software such as MKVToolNix which can be dl'ed from here

You can also compare the media info between the drm removed file and the remuxed file by using MediaInfo which can be dl'ed from here.

This isn't much of a tutorial but maybe it will help to get you started.
