Torrent not downloading

I am trying to download this https://thepiratebay.org/description.php?id=77807711 & it for some reason it only gets to 44.5% & it does not download anymore past this point & I contacted the person that uploaded the files & it does not seem to know what the problem is either & I have been trying to download for at least a couple weeks

It was my upload. I deleted the files from my computer after several days of no one downloading even though it was a special request. I think I waited at least a week before deleting it to make space on my drive
