I'm not sure but you wanna check out a movie from years ago called 'Sweet Nothing' that is a better crackhead movie IMO.  About a guy who gets involved in Crack use and gets well and truly hooked and can't stop and it just completely ruins him.  Great movie really I would recommend that one TBH.

i recall hating the film until the twist ending which reveals the main character is on drugs and al the things hes been trying to link together like a detective are just because his minds scrambled

I would have thought that the only kind of place you'd ever find Sweet Nothing would have been in some form of DVD Copy.  Maybe somebody has ripped one and uploaded it.  I'm not sure I'd have to look.  Sadly it's an example of a good movie about Crack addiction that has never been brought to HD.  Probably why they haven't is most likely because they don't agree with the drug taking content of the movie.  You know what it's like these days, they only release the stuff that they agree with and anything that is from years ago that was really good or cool will never get done in HD.  Kind of sad really I do like things like that it's good just sorry I couldn't help you with this other movie as I don't know.

Hi all, so recently while looking for a new movie to watch I recalled a movie which I had watched a while ago that I don't remember anything about it except the plot, but I had liked it & decided to re-watch. A filmmakers crew went to shoot something, as if by memory, for some reason they had to stay overnight in an abandoned (mining?) town... From what I remember their car went missing too, after they wandered in and slept in a random house.

Thanks a lot, but that's not the one. The movie I'm talking about was rather at the end of 2000's / beginning 2010's.
The other thing that I memorized well was the ending, namely the plot twist, some of the crew framed this whole thing to film it for something. Plus the whole crew was young (from 20 to 30 years).
