Well, GNU/Linux OSes have always been suitable for pirates by default.
Everything it comes with is mostly free.

Besides playing games, I watch videos, may play music (in any format like MP3, AAC, etc) and...
browse / search for downloads of all of the above, torrents preferably. May stream if no download available.

Well, most GNU/Linux operating systems come with torrent clients.
If not, you can download them yourself.
