A Chinese mall or shopping centre.
Most of these shops are Chinese-owned and operated and will usually have stuff that are barely allowed. It's just like Little Italy, where you have Italian shops grouped together. In Canada, most of these types of shops used to sell modded consoles; ten years ago, I bought a modded PS2 from them. Most of these guys do speak English, so don't worry about language barriers standing in your way. I would choose them over buying electronics off a foreign Amazon. The reason being is that if the device is from the UK, or otherwise outside your country, you will have to make sure the device doesn't burn your house down due to voltage incompatibilities. European and North American technical specifications vary. For example, back then when VHS tapes were circulated, you will have to make sure that the tape you're buying is NTSC for North American VCRs and not PAL, which is used for European devices. Hope this helps.

N.O.S. is new old stock -- stuff that is old but not used, so they're in new condition, unpacked.

So, R U saying that there are not new, up-to-date players that don't enforce the "Cinavia Watermark"? EDIT: @RobertX Thx for all your time and patience! Maybe I will check out the Chinatown in my neck of the woods.

Afraid not, Ear. Newer Blu-Ray players will not be without Cinavia protection any time soon.
However, if you can wait for some time until Blu Ray protections are beaten (and they will be!), you'll see that it will pay off.
