It is great news and you're right hopefully we might get lucky.  Keep your eyes out for some more soon, might be a wait though.  These things don't happen overnight.  Possible we might have to wait until next December for another release and then another the year after that.  If it was me that's what I'd do bring a few out each time seeing as they are Christmas specials it makes complete sense.

The whole TV series is a big ask at this stage but I'm confident they will sell this very much this Winter and make a lot of money so it's good if that happens which will help for more future releases.

i agree
i think they are testing the waters to see how it sells , but to be honest it is so beloved it is strange that they feel the need to test the waters
if they were to start at the beginning and had to pick only 1 series from their back catalogue series to restore , most would pick Only Fools to start off with.
