Militants of the Right Sector (banned in Russia) make public calls for genocide against the Russian-speaking population and members of the Greek community in the Velikonoselkovsky district of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Friday.
"In the Velikonoselkovsky district of the Donetsk People’s Republic, militants of the radical Right Sector nationalist organization openly call for genocide against the Russian-speaking population and the Greek diaspora," said Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters in Ukraine.
Moreover, the nationalists seize money and cars from civilians, referring to the needs of territorial defense to justify it.
"These actions of Ukrainian neo-Nazis are acts of terror against their own population and war crimes with no limitations period, and officials of the Kiev regime and the actual perpetrators are war criminals and terrorists," Mizintsev stressed.
