Smashed out my Christmas shopping yesterday. I hate shopping at the very very best of times. Even going to a supermarket is like the zombie apocalypse for me. So I'm happily cruising here on out all the way to NY. It's funny how in NZ this season is synonymous with BBQ's, beaches and bikini babes but almost every Xmas movie is based in the wintery snow. I wonder if that's why most of them don't resonate with me... or maybe because they're mostly cheesy hokey crap.

Random question but does anyone know if they did any more Hell's Kitchen episodes beyond the ones in Season 4?  Because the first few seasons were freaking hilarious.

Rough, busy weekends suck *o*key balls (YMMV), so multiple thanks for the UL. 

I know this'll be a chill pill when i need one this weekend.  I missed out on it as a kid, so I came to A Christmas Story as an adult, and it still just hits right. Jean Shepherd is a storyteller the likes of which we will probably not see again in our lifetime.

Strangely, its an anti-nostalgic story for a time i didn't live through, and still relatable, timeless, and most importantly funny AF.

Did they do the first one last year? I was watching their dub of it last night and Lew was on it. I think he may have been doing dubs with them for maybe a couple of years now?
