Thanks for all the effort. Have a look at yt-dlp if you have throttling issues, it shows you which streams of the video is throttled.

Well so crazy enough, each variant I tried was throttled but after I uploaded v2, I found out that for some reason adding the "get cookies from browser" command bypassed that throttling. Doesn't make any sense to me why that works...but everything was lightning quick like other videos I've downloaded. Being age restricted was probably a factor which is why I'm guessing it failed in jdownloader too. And then Premiere had no clue what to do with the VP9 compression Youtube uses, haha. Just a comedy of errors...ah well, live and learn.
