Thanx for reply. I am not able to remove the watermark of Citizen charter with the help of Foxit phantompdf and also I am able to remove the watermarks One by one in GK Today manual History by Edit>Edit Text and then Manually delete one by one. How can I delete whole by few clicks?
I wanna do myself coz I have 100 of those pdf

With Foxit Phantom I had to grab everything from the first page and paste in a new blank page, but you can remove it with Qoppa PDF Studio Pro, PDF Studio Pro does a greater job than Foxit Phantom.

In PDF Studio, simply right-click on the link and select Delete.
