The description says this is the second film in the "...Of The Bride" genre. Did Brigette and Mary Jo previously riff the first one?

Unfortunately, no. I guess that's just to let you know that it's a TV movie that starts with the assumption that you might have watched the first one. Haven't watched this one, but - if it's a good one - I wonder if they could potentially get the rights to the first or third one ("Children Of The Bride" and "Mother Of The Bride", respectively).

Thank you DoubleSpliffed! I didn't buy this one because the preview looks like it's Lifetime/Hallmark disposable drivel, the kind of shit that I'm not sure if even brilliant riffing can make watchable. Hopefully I'm wrong.
