Notice in one part of the film, when the feds surround Amanda and the alien possessing the African African agent then it cuts to the agent on the ground, injured.
My guess is that the Big Bad (the head honcho) has hit him, and Rifftrax must've cut that bit part. With what's going on lately, I can see why.

Belated thanks to you kitcastuff. I'm so old I can remember when this dreck came out. But anything with Stacy Keach is worth watching &/or listening to (his voiceover work is magnificent!).
