Post Character Limit

I just noticed that the minumum character limit for posts was 5 characters. It used to be 3 I think, but it should be at least 4 so people can type...

We like to encourage proper punctuation.

As in

Bump.

Bump!

Bump?

Bump!!!!11!1!!!1

Can anything worth reading, in the context of this forum, be expressed in 3/4/5 characters? I think I'd be more inclined to raise the limit to 20 or 30 than to bother reducing it from the default.

what about the void forum some of the threads are about one word or just some thing just to have fun

It's a single forum-wide setting.

I could build a customization but as I said, it comes down to a question of worth. Not saying I can't be convinced but atm I just don't see it.

fill the rest with ALT+255

it'll count as a character, but it'll leave a blank space.
