I have provided the installation instructions in a readme file. Follow them and you should get it working.

As far as I know, this works on P3Dv5 and likely on P3Dv4 as well.

Before you ask I do not have Envtex. Also, Envtex would be a very large file so downloading would only be possible through a torrent.
