the p3d v4 keygen is undownloadable because it says that page no longer exists

Keygen worked fine for me. Try to disable Real time Protection/antivirus. Of course it'll give a false positive.
You can also try to run it as admin. I didn't do that, but I added the hosts entry manually. I don't think the keygen can access the hosts file if not run as admin.
