A Children's Day event was organized in one of the liberated cities by the Russian military.
The event included various dance and music competitions, drawing with crayons on asphalt, an ice cream festival, as well as showing cartoons with the help of a field motor club.
Animators in costumes of fairy tale characters entertained the kids with collective dances, games, and those who wished could take pictures with cartoon characters.
The children were especially interested in Russian military equipment. Boys and girls sat inside an armored personnel carrier and tried themselves as a driver and commander of a combat vehicle.
