My user page appears to be empty / only torrents from trusted members are showing up

People, the fact that the search indexer is only bringing up trusted uploaders' torrents at present speaks volumes.   TPB is likely experiencing coordinated attacks from different locations, and these attacks most probably involve spamming the torrent database with fake uploads.   The most sure-fire way TPB can defend itself would be to limit the indexer to only trusted uploaders until the attacks can be dealt with or mitigated enough to return the search indexer back to normal operation.  

It's never easy being a pirate, but the effort brings the reward.

Why am I doing this to myself......... but here it goes.

TPB serves me best at this moment I agree.

You all work for free and we are not paying for service and TPB is an enemy of the Empire, and Empire strikes back every day so it's hard to stay up and running.

The reason TPB is more popular than ever is simply that there is no more isohunt, btjunkie, kickass and a lot others like mininova, demonoid, not to mention cheggit etc. If TPB died torrent community would migrate to some other site and 1337x and KAT would probably explode with traffic and TPB would be forgotten in a few months. As much as I love TPB and am using it since the beggining death of PirateBay would be the best thing for torrent community. As it has always played out when one torrent site dies another one emerges and becomes better than the last.

So people are coming here because there is no other choice, not because they have a good opinion about the site. I feel like community is waiting for TPB to die so it can go on living and evolving.

At the end I have to say that you guys Rock,
So many years fighting to stay up, that's got to count for something.
Thanks to all you guys who work for free day and night.

So everybody, I am here for a long time and problems like this do happen but TPB always comes back after a day or a few days so just be patient.

Hmm, for some reason my user page now appears to be devoid of any torrent submissions, with the error message "Your search did not match any torrents" showing up instead. And yet on the preferences page I can still see and visit all of them.

EDIT: Great, now for some reason only those torrents from trusted members are showing up.

The answer.

The torrents are all still there, there is just a glitch in the indexing so they're not being displayed.

Winston will reboot the servers as soon as he sobers up...

i.e. Problem reported. Problem acknowledged. Will be fixed sooner or later or never.

All the rest of the nonsense in this thread has merely buried those genuinely useful pieces of information.
