You can try to use Disk drill software. Last time when I deleted a file with passwords (stupid accident) I loaded this tool from here and after the scan I recovered it. Hope it works for u too.

There's no need for any 3rd party software to overcome this. All you need is a copy of Win8 or 10 (on a bootable media DVD/USB), then follow my instructions below:

Note: My instructions assume the target OS is on C:/ Drive. If you get any errors, repeat changing C to D and then to E etc until the command string completes



Boot Windows into repair from your installation media (Installation Disk/USB needed). From there, go to:

Troubleshoot/advanced/command prompt

Once in CMD (Command Prompt), type the following commands Exactly one after the other (Hitting ENTER after each one):

cd windows

cd system32

ren utilman.exe utilman_bak.exe

copy cmd.exe utilman.exe

exit

Reboot the PC/Laptop normally. On the welcome screen, before your brought to the desktop, click on:

Ease of access

Type the following command:

control userpasswords2

Select user account your locked out of, change the password to something simple like 1234 or leave password blank.

Re-boot the PC/Laptop.

How to get a bootable media DVD/USB? You have to make one by using 3rd party software.

Whether you are going to use bootable disk or 3rd party software to solve the problem,it would be a good idea.

Without using 3rd party software,do you have other accounts on the Windows 8? Such as MS,Super Account or Admin account?
