I have a problem with YouTube app on IPad

When I go to make comments on any videos and I keep getting this message:
The operation couldn’t be completed. (Com.google.HTTPStatus error 403.)

Does anybody know why this is happening can somebody please explain this to me because I don’t understand this at all

The HTTP 403 error code means you are forbidden. Could be because you aren't logged in, your account isn't allowed to post comments, or you are using a proxy or VPN with a banned address.
