Looking for app which remove Bookmarks in Pdf

I am looking for an application which remove bookmarks from PDF. I have adobe acrobat pro but right click and then delete option does't work in this pdf. Please Let me know How can I remove the bookmarks from the pdf.

I've re-named your .pdf to test.pdf.

It's not bookmarks it's hyperlinking within the .pdf that have to be removed. Check below the spoiler:

Thank you so much for your help. Actually, It is just 1 pdf. I have similar pdfs as well which I wanna to remove these hyper links. Any easy way by which I can do it by myself?

Option bookmarks can only be given at package loading time. Setting it later with \hypersetup will give the warning:

Package hyperref Warning: Option `bookmarks' has already been used,
(hyperref)                setting the option has no effect on input line 3.

Bookmarks can be disabled, if bookmarks=false is given to \usepackage:

\usepackage[bookmarks=false]{hyperref}
