Hello everyone. I am not exactly new to TPB but I haven't been around in......... Anyway

I have searched through the forums and I still haven't found what I'm needing. Here is my issue

I have downloaded bits and pieces of things, and I'd like to seed the whole, but the apple tree is inaccessible. So How do I contribute to the grove if I can't get near the tree?

Or in English... I'm using Chrome browser, and I want to register TPB, but am unable to do so. I put in my info and it only refreshes. I really don't remember my previous TPB account info, but I would like to contribute to this global .... thingy!  

Any advice would be helpful and if SOMEONE knows where this issue is in the forum, please let me know, because so far all I've found is a bunch of complaints with no direct conclusions.

And can ANYONE tell me why Chrome is constantly... and I DO mean CONSTANTLY redirecting????   This is not a TPB issue, but a Chrome issue and again, I can't find a solution. TPB redirects more than other sites however.
