Internet security wont allow me to open files

I have this problem that a computer wont allow me to open certain files. In this case it is hack tools and microsoft office exe that someone downloaded to a computer somewhere.

Usual downloaded files from usual webpages is fine. Its certain files i downloaded from torrents. 


I have copied reg files from a new account on the computer and pasted in the old account. Wont work.
I have turned the UAC off. Wont work.

I really need Microsoft Word. And i can install it with a IMG file. But I cant activate it just because I cant open hack tools for example.

Someone else experiencing/experienced the same problem?

Your antivirus software should have a function in which you can exclude files/folders from its attention.

When you do that, it will ignore the file/folder from deep scanning including your Microsoft Word files.

Can you find it? If not, just try another Internet Security software.
