Installing Windows 7 Home Premium
#11
jigsaw u dont got to worry about that update.. if anything happens u can always reactive it by win7 activator.. (as easy as starting up a computer Tongue )
so dont worry Big Grin
and
Robert..
well in my opinion win 7 home basic and premium are better than ultimate because.. ultimate have some unnecessary features which are of no use and consume unnecessary resources of the device.. and since these 2 versions of windows have everything in common except those features.. any way u can always make it look like ultimate by adding themes ,3 party softwares etc (but whats the point? when i just put a custom theme and i am not using those features Smile ) also there is no problem with ultimate but it is only best for computers having more than 4gb ram and running on 64 bit architecture Big Grin

Thanks for the help guys! I came across iso files for Windows 7 Home Premium for 32 and 64 bits. I know how to burn it on to a DVD, but It asks for a product key. The ones I found are not torrents. I was aware you needed a product key for them. I found generators that will give you product keys to activate Windows 7 Home Premium for the 32 and 64 bits, but none of them worked. I'm puzzled as to how to activate Windows 7 Home Premium. A friend of mine has the image file on to a DVD that can be installed without a product key. Any ideas or recommendations to what I'm talking about?

1. Open the .iso file of windows you have using e.g. PowerISO.
2. Download the $oem$ archive from the link below.
3. Extract the $oem$ folder to your desktop.
4. From within PowerISO, open the sources folder and put the $oem$ folder into it.
5. Save everything back into an .iso file or put it on a USB and make it bootable.

You now have a Windows 7 disk which will auto-activate windows during installation and automatically brand the installation depending on the make of your PC E.g. if it's a HP it'll brand the installation accordingly.

I found this torrent and was really useful and easy to install. The others I couldn't figure out. It supports 32 and 64 bit.

Everything appears to be working until it gets to checking compatibility. It seems to hang up after a little checking and does nothing more. I have let it go on for 15-20 minutes with no apparent progress. What can I do?

For future reference to those seeking a working win7 torrent without activators or whatever else.

Windows.7.ULTIMATE.SP1.ALL.EDITIONS.32-64.bit-MAFIAA

I have installed win7 home premium 64bit from this torrent about 18 months ago.

I wasn't asked for any activation code during the installation and i have downloaded all the microsoft updates and still works like a charm.

I favour the ones made by murphy78: http://thepiratebay.se/user/murphy78/

While these distributions use a DAZ Loader, they do not ask the user for a serial, or an activation code.

Dropping the $oem$ directory into the sources directory of the install disk has the same result RX. Only difference is the one i uploaded to filedropper brands the install as well.

Have you ever had to format your HD even once in those eighteen months?
