Good morning.
I tried to download a torrent and I could not do it. I click on "Get this torrent" and (Problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client!)
Then pop up saying "Open URL Magnet Protocol" and then take me to http://www.bitlord.com/.
How can I do it?

Windows, Mac or Linux? Browser? Any filter extension/security app? Which torrent client are you using?
What site is that link into, Pirate Bay? Which torrent title are you trying to open?
Please provide info so we can help. Also, tech questions are better suited on the Site Issues, or Software sections (if related to your PC, not the site itself).
PS: I suggest you avoid BitLord.

clicking "get this torrent" will use your torrent client to open a magnet link which will then attempt to download the torrent file.
clicking "problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client!) will use your browser to take you to a webpage to download bitlord, a torrent client.

If you want something specific, click the magnet or "get this torrent" and your torrent client (in your case, uTorrent 3.5.3) will open up and execute so you can effectively download the autodesk torrent. If you didn't have uTorrent, then click "upgrading torrent client), like Stormium says, will GIVE you a client in the absence of one, which is Bitlord. I never used Bitlord so I can't speak to how good or bad it is, but you can go ahead and use your uTorrent if you see find everything in order for whatever you see fit.
If I'm understanding you correctly...

Sounds like you just lost your "file type association": torrent-link -> uTorrent
If you have uTorrent (a BitTorrent "client" app) installed, then your mouse click should start the download. But Windows, by default, don't know what a torrent is.
During configuration, uTorrent sets Windows (any version) to associate uT with certain files/shortcuts/links. Then Windows knows what to do with those clicks.
Some other programs change that when they are installed. So uTorrent is no longer Windows' choice to open torrents.
Did you install another program that can work with torrents after uT? You can fix it, but then that other program may take the file types again.
