I am assuming you are relatively new to TPB, although i am not certain, because there've been many uploaders named 'hero'
It isn't easy running a site like TPB. (Legality)
A lot of the troubles is documented in wikipedia articles and torrentfreak.
It requires some 'special skills' to keep it going.
Else, it will most likely be taken down and worse mods will end up behind bars.
Not just mods, even uploaders need to be very careful.
TPB has traditionally never done take downs of torrents.
But sometimes uploaders are 'caught' and made to take down their torrents or face severe penalty. I can remember one instance.
The original YIFY was probably lucky. We may never know.
You can start here and then do some prequel and sequel.
TPB has seen much drama. Sure, it is not as fun as it was. But it's near 20 years. That's remarkable in my opinion.
The common complaint is the site look and feel is not as glossy as other sites.
BTW, the website code was supposedly unreadable once. Only Winston could handle any problems. The entire code was reportedly rewritten a couple of years ago. The JSON based loading of pages is one.
I guess the developer got tired after all the coding and went to sleep. :-)
The stray   on Movies pages is still there.
Designing and implementing requires expertise and trust worthy persons.
Once you open registrations, there will be fake flooders. That is for sure.
The Internet traffic is mostly fake bots.
Apparently there is money to be made in flooding TPB.
Back in 2015, when the site reopened, the site owners tried something to stop fakes, but ultimately mods were brought back in.
I kind of replied to your other post in 'News and Announcements' too. I thought i'll put it all here.
I see you are very passionate uploader and I can understand your frustration.
Just keep at it.
Just my 0.02 CBDC.
