If you don't have any money, then no. It's not possible. To establish an online business, you'd need to get a computer. Along with a domain and other minor expenses such as hosting. Money will not be your limiting issue. It will be discipline for the majority of people. I became a Jack of All Trades, teaching myself coding, SEO, graphic design, and other skills. It didn't happen suddenly, but it took many years of late evenings and weekends spent reading, learning, trying, and failing.
