For me 5 is the minimum characters but i had to Add it to index 3 times for it to work.... but when i use 11 characters it adds the first time

You know you can type V1 Shutdown  and it works no? no need to refresh the page... the captcha works by shows that message

As the captcha is no longer being checked I suspect it will work if you type anything at all. It may even work if you don't type anything at all.

Someone should try it with nothing, then with a, then with a a and report back.

Sid is correct. Just type gibberish and usually 5+ characters and it goes through.
