Free opinion/roast without lawsuits (facebook, etc...)
#1
Hi people, I've come up with idea of how to avoid being sued for content posted on facebook, especially if you have idea to place a page that comments, roasts, or even hates certain people on facebook and other social networks.
Why not create a collaboration between individuals from around the world that will start twitter accounts, or facebook pages, with content considering someone from the other side of the globe.
For example: Me and my friends wanted to open a facebook page that would comment on some hard-not-to-hate things in our daily lives including politicians, golddiggers, and scum, in general, of the country we live in.
So let's say we are from Bosnia, and instead of us posting such a comment, we have someone from, say, from Austraila, or the States or Argentina (whichever place is far away from Bosnia, and Bosnian laws could not touch it), log in and post content for us.
We would also do the same for someone from Argentina, or Indonesia or whatever country is so far from us, that present no threat when the page is reported or investigated...
What do you think, could be fun? Smile

They might or will catch on at one point, plus they can delete the comments if it so be necessary.

So we start, like, "the global hate co-op", where you cyber bully people you don't know on behalf of people you don't know in return for those people you don't know cyber bullying people you do know on your behalf?

Yeah, no.

Wouldn't it be easier to just make a new account using tor/vpn?
You can make up a fake name like Gaylord Fokker or Assuk Dieq, etc.

Can't you actually not get sued on FB since there are steps you can implement as you create the page making those who enter aware to "enter at your own risk" as content may be offensive? That way, once everyone knows the rules, there are no surprises? Am I understanding that correctly??

Are you afraid of being sued, or are you more concerned that you wanna post about stuff while being anonymous (hence having someone post your stuff as a proxy).

What topics that break laws would be of interest to people to do this? The examples you have given, hard-not-to-hate things in our daily lives including politicians, golddiggers, and scum, in general are kinda tame... I think I can connect the dots from there, but is ranting about it illegal?

I can see a page on a how to to rob banks being illegal,or how to kill your wife but that's not what I think you are getting at with your post. You are saying flame the people who actually kill wives or rob banks? I don't get it... I may have some other thoughts but I'll refrain until this thread gets trashed to the void before making those...

> No, against terms of use. They specifically forbid hate, etc. No clause says a disclaimer can bypass it.

> Mostly on FB (at least around here) you can post near anything, nobody cares; this guy's problems sounds to be his targets:
> Either specific people who can sue him for cyberbulling or powerful/dangerous ones who can even more.

Honestly, the simple fact one comes up here and post such thing says a lot... Btw, time to feed my turtle!

Well, vpn apps I tried can't fool google playstore for location,  so I am not really eager to trust them

Nah, it's what I said. I basically asked this on behalf of myself and a couple of other people from where I live and where censorship is heavy, so you cant say anything against any politicians or, say,  newsmedia that are mainstream. I would not worry about being sued on fb, but because of the content posted there, and that seems to be very popular these days; sue everyone for everything.
Anyways I wanted to post a sort of a test page that would involve flaming some golddiggers and see how such a roasting would unfold.

Playstore? Not sure what that has to do with Facebook; are you using Android App?
DON'T use your mobile phone, it's very hard to have any privacy with a mobile; for starters, the towers track you.

To avoid tracking:
- Use a dedicated computer (a cheap old box will do); install a std linux; set everything to US/English, including time zone;
-- In case you can't, at least get a pirated Windows with an exploit activator;
- Don't use anything except anti-virus, firewall, light browser (like Firefox), only minimum configuration and tools;
- Use a good VPN and also TOR; if that is too much, use at least a proxy service (masks country and bypass censorship);
- Create a fake email, there're services like Proton Mail, then create a "persona" on FaceBook;
-- Use email and fb only to post on that issue you want to be disguised; avoid being tracked while browsing (also kill the cookies);
- Use English only on the email and fb and try to access them on USA time, not your local time convenience;

Keep any details secret or fake, don't talk about you, let your "persona" do the talking!
Remember any test you do will be useless; both fb and autorities will take time (maybe months, years) to suspect, monitor, track and finally id you.
The only "test" you can do is posting the real deal for some time and see what happens. Posting a "toned down" stuff maybe won't put you on a watch list.

And, as Mr. Masami said on another thread... You can only be really safe when doing "wardriving" and/or "phreaking"; then hacking someone:

Good luck with it.
