For starters, you saw every David Lynch movie at least twice, or you don't belong here.
Next up are some criteria: Absurdism, Nihilism, Surrealism, Dadaism and general artyfartyness in the scariest sense of the word. Google those terms if you need to. All of them need not apply, but the more the merrier- and you are welcome to think of more fancy words and post them right here (Dickian paradoxes are very welcome too.)
So, I'm sorry to say, but I'm affraid I've watched most of it. This thread will be a list of skullfucks, in the vague hope that someone, somewhere have watched something utterly groundbreaking I didn't watch yet.

Uzumaki.
Are you complaining about me not delivering any terms? Fine, then I'll make some up: doesn't-make-sense-ness and story-just-ends-when-it-feels-like-it-itus.
It's a good concept, but it's just too tied to the common archetype of a Japanese horror movie. I like Japanese horror movies, but this offers nothing new. Nothing scares me here, and the end just comes suddenly without much thought to the story, no finality, nothing.
How's that?
A Serbian Film (2010)
this movie made me feel uncomfortable. i'm not quite sure how to describe it. it's a skull fuck for sure. most sensitive people shouldn't watch this movie.

Obv you can't miss the classic
Martyrs
Other movie that fucked me a bit in the end with questions and uneasiness are
Kill List
and
The Last Will and Testament of Rosalind Leigh
But what fuck mind and what doesn't is really personal... for example A Serbian Film didn't impressed me much.. It made me laugh for his stupidity.
Ah we can add if we want...
Suicide Club
because the idea behind is quite disturbing, maybe.

Martyrs definately and when Se7en (1995) first came out - I saw it by myself - afterwards I went for a beer - and remember just standing there, beer in hand, starring into space for abit. Havnt done that since.
I watched I Saw the Devil (2010) "Akmareul boatda" (original title) last week - and its old i know - trying to sift out the thousands of movies I have watched that actually effected me besides these 3 so far.
I dont really do disturbing well :/

Excision

Has many elements of a normal film, which is prolly the way to go.
Also want to add;
Beyond The Black Rainbow
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1534085/?ref_=nv_sr_1
and I'm sure more mixed in amidst the silt and sediment once I finish draining my subconscious

Good one! I liked the lofi cinematography, and the absurd premise, not to mention the ending.

Yeah I watched all of Sono's work- most of it applies here.

This looks right down my alley! Dsytopian SciFi, non-linear plotline, Cronebergian mutations etc. Can't wait to see it!
Keep 'em coming- and remember, horror is only a subgenre of the skullfuck umbrella- could we have some genuinely weird experimental stuff like Big Man Japan or intense absurd dramas like Dogtooth, just to widen the scope a little...
Thanks to all of your guys and gals!
