Example of Erractic Search Results

Hi, Searching for "Innocent S01E02" finds two "I.Am.Innocent" results.
Searching for "Innocent 720p" and ordering by Upload shows "Innocent.S01E02.720p.HDTV.x264-MTB" and "Innocent.S01E02.720p.HDTV.x264-MTB[N1C]". Shouldn't these have appeared in the first search?

Substituting S01E01, S01E03, and S01E04 all work fine.

I am also having problems with search results. 

If I search something, it might say 0 results found

However If I search for the identical thing but put 2 spaces, it will pull up a list of items. 

Why would 2 spaces have tons of results but 1 space not have any results? 

Example: 
Flash  S04E17 with 2 spaces in the middle, an entire list of results. 
Flash S04E17 with 1 space instead of 2 spaces in the middle has 0 results. 

* I'm speaking of the space between Flash and S04E17. 

I think there is something screwed up with the way the results are working recently. This never happen before.

Actually the search engine doesn't work at all, no matter what I enter into the search field of the main TPB page.

Search has been broken for a long time. There are several threads on the subject. It is unlikely to change.
