Best 720p encoder?

I am looking to download movies in 720p and would like sizes to be around 1gb. I used to use Yify and I thought they had great visuals on their movies, though the audio was a bit low. Any suggestions for who to download as my fav encoder now?

When going onto TPB you can look for a certain movie or whatever, and then sort by filesize by clicking on 'size' at the top of the list, to get it shown by largest to smallest, then click it again to go from smallest to largest. You probably knew that, but anyway I wouldn't recommend YIFY myself. I found those movies to be total sh*t, even for others of similar size, so try a few of the size you like and see what quality is acceptable to you. There isn't any one or two to upload that are better than any others necessarily.
