BTDigg.org has been offline for a number of weeks.  Has anyone heard anything?  Is it likely to return?

Not sure if it's their official twitter acc https://twitter.com/btdigg but after being brought down, the site went up in february and then down again without further notice, note sure if the i2p/tor link is working.

Haven't seen any new information so far.
