Use cloudflare, restrict access to your IP's and block all countries other than your home country

We have a unifi setup, already blocking a lot of countries, this appears to be coming from everywhere.

Arlecho - Would it be possible/a good idea to add an extra field to the patcher (at the bottom) "Patch System - Fresh/New Install" and a second button "Patch System - Upgrade Only". The "Patch System - Upgrade Only" also deletes the "SetupWizard.aspx" file?

Just a thought.

Can detect if it has already been installed, was thinking about just deleting the useless files then.

Tried upgrading to 23.9.8.8811 using 3.4.0, Everything is just a spinning wheel.
