Wanting to reach out to those of you who may have the answer or solution to this one. I have recently transfered over to using cloudflare tunnel as my direct connection to my internal network and this way closing all my network ports. Does anyone know or have a working configuration for making ScreenConnect work using Cloudflare Tunnel ? I have added the public hostname already for my SC site but agents will not connect. I'm sure i'm missing some tricks in configuration like using ports 80 & 443 only to make it work with Cloudflare but if anyone is aware of the solution can they please share their method here ? Thanks all !

the link for the clean web.config was expired. Could you update it again?

Finally, web.config already has the value "IsSetup" set to true, so application can start.
Only to try this, I restored broken backup from my lab, applied same method, and everyhting worked!
I left some configurations away, like theme configuration, feel free to copy them from old web.config o reconfigure it after login.
It keeps all groups, sessions, and any other history or extension configuration.
Hi and thank you for your clear instructions, but I'm using the lasted version for linux. My current web.config dont have the key="InstanceIdentifierBlob" Value.
where can I get it or how to generate it?

It's been said here multiple times before - stop using the unsupported Linux/Mac versions. The "latest version" for Linux is almost 2 1/2 years old at this point! From a security perspective this is an extraordinarily bad idea - you should really get a migration plan established and move to a supported version.

In theory yes, but I don't know if you can upgrade from such an old version (basicaly just install it on windows and move the config and database files).

Notices, please read carefully
- Patch the installer before installing to prevent leaking your information!
- Linux can be patched, just copy the files over to a windows machine and select the directory!
- "External Accessibility Check", "Version Check" and "Browser URL Check" will now always fail!
- Installing/updating extensions could theoretically be spotted by Connectwise as they are downloaded directly from their servers!

Patcher did not work right with 23.6.2. It loads fine before patching and then once patched it goes in the circle of death. Tried to rebuild the web.config based on the steps provided and no dice.

Also try the database steps, only the clean config did not work for me...

FYI - Didn't encounter the "spinning icons of death" with 23.6.2 or 23.6.6. Arlecho's patcher worked with no problems.
