How can i stop the " OOps it seems your program is a pirate" " message popping up now and again after downloading and installing the Avg Internet Security torrent that gets you full protection up to 2018?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance,

Stevie

Use the free version instead but better still find any other AV but AVG because it really is the worst out there.

I use Norton 360; it's actually pretty good.

It's easy to pirate, and you can keep resetting the trial as much as you want.

It could be a problem with the licence keys, it may not be installed correctly, you may have left something unchecked, or it could be something else. Members will probably be able to give you specific pointers if you post the torrent link you downloaded.

Also, if you're using AVG, make sure you disable all the popups:

Hi thanks for that, I actually dont have the problem, I fixed it a few months ago and can't quite remember how I changed the settings, it was something to do with the URL settings in the update bit, something with adding www.google. com and moving something up, I think! It's just so I can stop my brothers P.C from getting the pop up I was getting with the same program, I just can't seem to remember exactly what I changed !. Does it ring a bell with anyone ????

Just in case, I had posted a few websites with some licenses HERE, I am currently using AVG (for testing purposes) with a serial (working until 2018) from one of those sources, and so far haven't had any problem.
