Assassin's creed unity

Hello.

I downloaded the new assassin's creed game and i experienced crashes after couple min of play. I am not having crashes at certain point of the game but after playing couple of min (i can load from saved game, play the game for 3-4 min than the game crashes to desktop).
I already downloaded 4 different torrents, applied the patch, didn't work, changed compatibility didn't work.

I have a new gaming PC so that shouldn't be a problem, but i heard that the windows i have could be a trouble maker. I have windows 8.1.

Plus i experienced mouse shuttering once while playing advanced warfare (the mouse shuttered even after the game was closed - after restarting the PC a couple of times that stopped).

So does anyone know how to fix the AC crash?

Oh common, is there really no one with any clue on how to fix this?

I've played the beginning so many times that i already know the words.
