.json Time Stamp Interpretation Help?

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a way of converting the time stamp on the screenshot below into actual date/time.
Specifically, how to read it to convert it for future similar files.

Any help would be rewarded with chocolate cookies :

Many thanks for your reply Kf. I was looking at mins, hours, days etc but never thought of milli-secs.

Have you been able to convert that string yourself or do you have an equation that will "show" it?

Only realized the epoch referance Kf.
