I mostly listen to my own head. It can be very repetitive. External music annoyningly adds to the noise when i have a nice beat going in my brain. These days the soundtrack i cant avoid is mostly kenyan/east african pop. There are nice songs tho, whereby i dont mind when they enter my private auditory safe space, and even greet them with heartwarmth when they return unpredictably. This is a good example of such:

If I had to choose just one song to listen to for eternity, without a doubt, it would be this one. The music video's ending from 02:40 fills me with so much joy and bliss that I know in my heart, this is the song I want to hear forever.
