Also toughtI answered this before... Maybe someone is thrashing my noble posts. Anyway:

I've a survival knife, minimum pack of supplies and aspirins, band-aids and a toolbox. I know, it isn't much, but cant afford any decent shelter too.
People around here don't care about possible riots or even the probable break ins, so why would they even think about disasters or worse?
