NOT THE MICHAEL KEATON ONE, THE EVIL SERIAL KILLER SNOWMAN ONE.

Okay, now that we’ve got that out of the way, grab your stovepipe hat and favorite murder implement for Jack Frost!

A truck carrying a vicious serial killer crashes into a truck carrying some non-specific chemicals, and, instead of just dying horribly, the serial killer becomes a serial killing snowman who loves making corny quips! Stan Lee would be proud.

Jack is out for revenge against the small-town sheriff who put him away years ago, and he’ll stop at nothing to get it - again, before you forget, this is a story about a snowman, the big round carrot-nosed kind. He moves around by melting and re-forming through a very slow process, he is made of LITERAL SNOW, and yet people have a hard time stopping him. People including pre-fame Shannon Elizabeth. Actually, it’s probably safe to refer to everyone in this movie as “pre-fame.”

Put a little horror in your holiday. Get the coal and corncob pipe and join Mike, Kevin, and Bill for Jack Frost!

NOTE: I don't know this movie super well but it does seem to be slightly edited. The Bathtub Scene is trimmed down a bit

When I saw the release email I figured it was for Batman vs Superman, but this is way better.

I've been meaning to watch this since A-Pix released it on VHS back in the day. I think my girlfriend rented it from Blockbuster, but I'm not sure we watched more than a few minutes of it.

A-Pix always spent all more effort on the boxes to movies like this, Werewolf, and Ice Cream Man than was spent on the actual filmmakng. I'm pretty sure this (like Werewolf) had a lenticular cover.

So, thanks for that.

It is edited, original runtime was 89 min, this version is just 86 min (both minus the credits). Must be public domain or super-cheap rights since it's on every "free" streaming horror movie site. I watched it a few years ago, almost as bad as HOBGOBLINS but that being said, it is at least watchable all the way through and I'm eager to see the Rifftrax version since the guys have, in the past, more than once, riffed on movies that are impossible to watch all the way through- riffed or unriffed! And a super big THANKS to you TRAKNOS for getting this out to us so quickly. Much appreciated, you've made my 'get away from the damn family for a while' holiday viewing better already! Big Grin

Thank you for the HDhigh when it comes too! Much appreciated. I've already synced it with the BD Release, I'll encode a BDRip overnight and upload it. Yeah, the bathtub scene was cut (and I agree with that decision - feel like a creep putting it back in) and then it needed some stretching as well to sync.

The Remux I downloaded did not but I will find a way since you asked. I see another release with the commentary track and I'm sure I can mux it in without a problem.
