Can it be done? Sure
Will it be done? Don't hold your breath. fyi, bayimg and baywords were run by TPB but bayfiles never was. It was a third party site which just used the name (with permission).

So, I think that someone have to modify the related article in wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BayFiles#c...turebeat-2 According to this article ''BayFiles was a website and file hosting service created by two of the founders of The Pirate Bay, a BitTorrent index site and tracker''. and... ''One of the critical features of the BayFiles hosting service is that its founders have chosen to disallow the uploads of any content that violates third party copyright laws.[4]This has come as a surprise to many people who are familiar with the founder's previous website The Pirate Bay, which was surrounded by legal controversy concerning copyright issues'' I found this article searching on what Bayfiles happened and according to the previous posts of the staff here, this article of wikipedia misinforms the crowd.
